NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?

In the event that you are unhappy with you purchase, CHURCH only accepts exchanges on items that remain in their 100% original condition. This is in the exact condition you received your good(s) - meaning; new, unworn, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition. CHURCH only accepts exchanges within 7 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges out side of this time will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or the item does not fit. In this event, we can offer an exchange for another size or item, or issue store credit to use at a later date.

Please note, all returned items will be inspected by customer service staff before being approved for exchange. Any returned items received that are deemed unsatisfactory, meaning, not in 100% new / original / unworn / unwashed / undamaged condition will not be accepted, and will be sent back to your at your own expense. So please take extra care with any items you with to return. 


RECIEVED A DAMANGED ITEM?

If any items you receive is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at info@church.com.au as soon you discover the fault (Please provide detailed photos of the fault where possible). CHURCH will try our best to replace the product. In the event a replacement product is unavailable, you will be compensated with a credit or refund. We will endeavour to help you find the correct replacement for the item, or in the event an alternative size is unavailable, you will be given credit to the value of your purchase which can be put towards any products in store or online.


ARRANGING RETURNS

To arrange a return, please get in contact info@church.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order and you will be contacted for further information with a return authorisation number. Only at this point may you return your good(s) to CHURCH. Any returns sent without prior contact and authorisation from CHURCH will be returned to sender. All returns are at the expense of the customer. You will be required to cover both the postage cost to CHURCH, and back to your address. For returns within Australia, we recommend sending a suitable size self addressed empty / pre-paid Australia Post with your return item to ensure the the quickest return possible. CHURCH is not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged whilst in transit, so we recommend using registered post. If you are located in Canberra or surroundings, you can bring any return in store, but you must follow the same steps above in contacting a CHURCH customer service member to organise your return authorisation.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM DUTIES

You, as the buyer are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from CHURCH, the buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays with delivery time.

No returns can be accepted on sale items. All sales on Sale or Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
